Yes. The source of the current cover still has it. In any case, we always assume that a current cover is valid, absent strong evidence to the contrary.

And one more question: if the edition of a book is in X language, what's better: put the synopsis on that X language, or in english?

If the best is to put it on the X language, please add the spanish synopsis to the book in messege 5 (avaible on the publisher's link)

If the edition/book you have is in Spanish, add the spanish synopsis. If the edition/book is in English add the english one ;)
