ABANDONED. Cameras implanted in eyes of mice and children

i cant remember the name of the book i read as a child(2005 to 2007)at school

it was a about a boy who went to this wierd boarding school

his sister would put cameras into the eyes of mice

the headmaster of the boarding school is evil woman and knows everything and punishes the children, contrlling everything and the boy later finds out she sees and hears everything cause she uses the same concpet his sister does with mice but with the chilren

the boy tries to escape (i think)
