well, I read that "The Scorpio Races" and "The Raven Boys" are going to be a movie. http://maggiestiefvater.com/faq/# (question #13)
What do you think about it? Maybe that sounds stupid, but I don't want them to be a movie. The movie wouldn't be as perfect as the books.

well I'm kind of not expecting it, they've tried about 3 times to make a movie for Shiver, but I think they just need a dedicated enough director/me.... XD
Others have tried to change the books too much or Maggie doesn'[t liek their view on the books, but I love it so much and I am ready to take on that role if I was old enough... he he

I think that they could become great movies with the rigt director/screenplay writer/producer

and also, I don't think they shoudl even attempt the Raven Boys as a movie until the whole series is written.

she gets emails, I've written her two emails so far and she does reply to them, but it can take a whlie, it took me a month to get a reply and it took my friend 3 months, but eventually she does answer them.

I just now realized there is a place where you can talk about the book. :) This makes me happy because no one else will talk about books with me. Haha. I'm in the middle of reading this book and I love it! I love everything about it! The characters are my favorite part though. So many of them yet they are all so different.

I agree, all of Maggie's characters are so complex and you can tell she really knows them and that shows itself when she writes about them. They are all so different and yet you can't help loving them all. :)
