Settings for book are wrong

Hi, the settings for my book are wrong. When I edit the page, it seems to remove the settings but doesn't actually do it. Can you help? I want to keep the first setting 'Brisbane' and ditch the rest (eg Darwin, Caerleon) as they are entirely inaccurate.
