Amy | 1346 comments I'm going to a luncheon and Jodi Picoult will be there. It's from
National Council of Jewish Women. Women in power. Should be very
interesting and I'm looking forward to it.

Donnajo | 4355 comments Good grp of books. I have the alex cross one but I'm alittle behind on his books so will have to wait until I'm able to read that one. I loved the robyn carr book loved everyone of her's I read. I'm hoping to get in another one of her soon.
I loved vanessa's books one of my top reads last year.
I think I have the jodi one for the nook not sure.

Carol/Bonadie (bonadie) | 9507 comments Nice selection, Sherry. I still haven't read any Jodi Picoult, despite the raves she's gotten here. This reminds me of my delay in reading Tana French, and when I finally ready In the Woods I couldn't believe I'd waited so long!

Amy | 1346 comments I went to the Jodi Picoult luncheon on Wed. It was very nice. She read
an excerpt of her book The Storyteller. It was funny how getting her came
about. One of the ladies that live here, was at the doctor's office and saw
some woman reading her book. The woman looked over and said she likes
Jodi Picoult. All of a sudden another women said that is my Granddaughter. One thing lead to a other and we got Jodi. LOL. She was a very good speaker and I'm glad I saw her.

message 15: by Amy (new)

Amy | 1346 comments I just started reading it, so far I like it.

message 16: by Donnajo (new)

Donnajo | 4355 comments I have it for the nook I think. after not being crazy about lone wolf and one other which I can't remember the title of. it's taking me awhile to give her another try but I will at some point.

message 17: by Donnajo (new)

Donnajo | 4355 comments that is a neat story. she used to come in and post on a board I was on when I was doing the aol boards. And I probably wanted to check out her books since then.
