Author merge

I was trying to merge Ashok K. Banker into Ashok Banker and then swap the names. What I ended up doing was somehow getting two profiles named Ashok K. Banker and I can neither merge them nor move books between them. Help :)

Neither are claimed, so I'm not sure if I just broke something, or there are just too many books on both profiles and it needs someone more senior to look at it.

Such spaces only show up on edit pages, and I can never get an accurate count by eyeballing it. I use the cursor and the arrow key to be sure.

I even resort to editing the one I want to keep, copying the name exactly, exit without changing. Then editing the unwanted profile to paste it in—when saving you get the "found existing" and can merge.

Saves additional odd spacing or typo goofs.
