I notice the author entry on the book has been changed to "Laertes" from "Devlin". Devlin is the OP pen name that actually appears on the book. Is that allowed?http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16...

Firstly, the OP said so. I am published there under the pen name Devlin.
Secondly on the publishers page for the book it has Birthday Girl by Devlin and a review by someone who has read the Devlin story:

Unofficially, many booksellers list Devlin (or sometimes D Devlin(?)) as a contributor.

I am one of the authors within the collection Eve's Big Bang, but my name is not included in the Goodreads entry above. Can it be amended to list all five authors, or at least to add me! I am published there under the pen name Devlin.
That brings me to my second query! My Goodreads username... and the one I want to create an author profile under, is Laertes. If you can amend the book record above to include listing Devlin, can I then link this to my Laertes profile?

Added Devlin.
Goodreads policy is for username to be the same as author name. If you want it to be different you would need to contact Customer Support directly.
EDIT: We use the name that is on the book. If Laertes is to be the name you will use for your future writing then we would just treat Devlin as an old pen name. Devlin won't be removed from the books that it is on but but Laertes could be added to link your old books with a new name. Do you have any books under the Laertes name? There is already an author with that name on Goodreads. If that is not your book you would end up sharing the profile.
