Is there a list for inspiring writers on Goodreads that any of you suggest?
Also, I really prefer reading digital versions of books. Is there a web site that has a good variety of IR novels available for purchase?

Welcome to the group, Alicia. Try Red Rose Publishing and Phaze. I've gotten quite a few books from those sights. Also Amira Press. Loose-Id and Samhain, Liquid Silver, and Cobblestone also sell IR, more on the erotic side. Lulu.com is a site where authors self-publish. Their search system is not that easy to navigate, but you will find some good authors on there.
Hi Alicia and welcome to the group! You may want to check out Freya's Bower which has a growing amount of IR books. If you don't mind paperback here and there, also check out Genesis Press which has some nice stories especially in their backlist from the 90s. Oh! And Parker Publishing which offers their works in digital format. Great stuff!
Feel free to cull my IR shelf if you want any recs or titles on where to dive in. :-)

Also, I've been reviewing the boookshelves of other membes and I've added lots of titles to my own based on other lists. I will not lack for reading material in the near future!

Alicia,
I want to invite you to participate in the challenge stories that we write on here. Our next challenge is our uniform story challenge. The person that wears the uniform can be the hero or heroine. Eugenia started her story already.
I'll be starting mine soon.
If you want to join, please do. Please warn us if your story is going to be erotic or if the love scene will be erotic or detailed. I don't read erotic stories. I'll read a non-erotic story, but I'll skip over the love scene if it's erotic or detailed.

Alicia, our stories are posted under the writing challenge thread. Right now, some of us are still working on our Royal Challenge story. Eugenia is writing two stories. Her Royal Challenge story and Uniform Story.
Danielle and I are still writing to our Royal challenge and Rae has finished her Royal challenge story.

I'll finish mine, eventually. I keep running into more urgent deadlines. Always behind, that's me!

That's true.
That's true.

Welcome aboard, Jessica. We're thrilled to have you. Words cannot describe how much I love Perfect Chemistry!

Welcome Jen.
Welcome Jen.

I'm Tracy Ames. I pen interracial erotic fiction and I'm the owner of InterracialErotica.net. I currently have one bestseller under my belt and its sequel "Make Her Want It" will be available April 28th. Can't wait!
I'm a self-avowed book hound and love discovering new talent. It's good to see so many readers enjoying the IR genre.
Cheers!

I live in Toronto Canada. I love reading harlequin romances in my earlier days. But lost tract of reading when life and living took over. I recently got back into my love of reading romance came back to me during the "Twilight saga" craze. I did not know about other romances other than harlequins until then. Vamp threw the Twilight saga series and craved other reads with a more adult bite. Now I can't get enough. Here is something new I'm learning since I came upon this group...INTERRACIAL ROMANCE novels. Maybe I've read them before and didn't realize they were interracial romance. Can someone explain. Is this genre of inter-racial couples, ie, the obvious...black & white or does it include more of cultral differences in the coupling. In any case, I'm glad to join the group. Looking forward to all the threads. Cheers!
Welcome Cher.
Interracial of any hero/heroine pairing. Black woman/white man
White woman/black man.

I have recently self-published my first contemporary novel titled, "Who Would Have Thought?:Men of Adonis". Further details are listed under my profile.
I look forward to contributing to the group and learning from each of you.

Thank you, Danielle :D BTW, where should I look for the bookcase?
It's at the bottom of the group page. There is a button that says add book, and you can load your book, as long as it's in the Goodreads database.
