But how many countries have invaded England? I'm thinking only Rome (not really a country though), Denmark (vikings), France (Normans) and Scotland (only little bits around the border). Spain tried and were blown off course...

Technically the Dutch did with William of Orange but he was invited so I am not sure that counts.

Rome, Vikings, Normans, although technically William was named heir (if you believe that), Saxons, French once or twice, Scots once or twice.
