HELL YES!! this series is amazing and links to The Gathering series also by Kelley Armstrong
Definitely!!! This trilogy is one of my favorites!!!! Kelly Armstrong is an amazing author.
YES READ IT !and dont stop after the summoning tead the whole trilogy. it gets even better as it goes along.
you will regret it if u don't!!! loved this series :P can't wait till the last book of the last gathering book come out.
if you don't read this book you suck and that's coming from my doter

The first book is really good as well as the second. However I personally disliked the last.
It's a worthy trilogy.
I really liked the serie. Somehow I read it almost every 2 or 3 months. And you just have to read it. I thought that te last one is the best of all

Should I read this series? I took the first book out of my local library and couldn't get into it.Should I buy them and try reading them?

Read it it's the best book i practilly finished it in a day that's how great the book is.

Well that will have to depend on your preference for books. If you enjoy supernatural types books then this book would be excellent for you. However if you prefer things on the realistic side then maybe not so much. This book's main characters are teenagers so if you prefer to read about adults or children then you probably shouldn't read it in that case.
This story has fighting and conflict and a few sparks of romance and humor. It, to me, keeps you on the edge of your seat to read more. So I do suggest this book if you prefer things on the supernatural side, because I believe that it was very interesting and a very good book.

Also sometimes refers to the Otherworld series by Armstrong, who is an awesome Canadian author!!!I strongly recommend those two trilogies Sabrina recommended and the Otherworld series. Abso-freakin-lutely!!! LOVED the characters, LOVED the book. You get it I LOVED it. Not gonna lie there were parts where I was a bit lost, but I LOVED it. So... you should read it!!!

This book is amazing. It has fantasy, humor and romance. The characters are interesting and you really come to care for them.
