Looking for App or Website to Track Comics

I'm looking for an Android app or a website that would:

* Tell me what comics are coming out every week, and let me create a pull list
* Allow me to subscribe to series that I like, and automatically add those comics to my pull list
* Let me mark off comics on my pull list as I buy then, and automatically keep track of what I have purchased so I can make sure I don't miss anything (preferably with the option to manually add in the issues that I already have)

I've found a ton of apps that do at least ONE of these things, but none that do both new releases and tracking what you already have. I just went through my comics and found a bunch that I had somehow missed buying. For example, I had Wolverine MAX 1 and 4, but not 2 or 3. That would have been annoying when I went to read them!

Any suggestions?

I use Comixology for my pull list. I'm not sure if they have a mobile app for Android though. I use that and Comic List for reference.
