Upgrade to Author Status

My apologies; I wasn't sure where to put this topic -- over the last couple of months, I've made a half dozen requests to have my profile upgraded to an author account and linked to my book (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16...) but it's never happened. Can someone help me with this? Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

(Not sure where those half dozen requests were sent/posted. Clicking book author name, scrolling to very bottom of author profile is the link to claim author profile, i only see a couple of recent posts by you, this is first I saw in this group.)

Usually takes staff 2-3 business days to approve; not sure why it wouldn't have gone thru before.

I too have been waiting almost two months for my profile to be confirmed as an author. I have used the official request 4-5 times and have used the contact us method a couple times as well. At one point, I did get an email back saying they needed info on publishing. I've responded twice to that and still haven't gotten an answer. My book is found at http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/17.... I have my cover releasing on Thursday and no way of uploading without the help of a librarian.

Thank you. Is there a way to see where my author request stands? I've heard it shouldn't take this long, and I'm becoming concerned.
