March Buddy read?

We're kicking this around for a March buddy read. Anyone interested in joining in?

We had the Carr one for March 23, so will this conflict with that? We had pushed the Carr out to March so that we could catch up with current piles of books.
(But maybe some of us can squeeze it in if we have some real participants?)

It would be cool to do a Holt, Plaidy and Carr read along thing though, so this could definitely be the Holt selection. (I was hoping for The Bastard King by Plaidy?)

So do you want to try to do the Holt first, then the Carr on the 23rd, and then The Bastard King in April?

I'm open to any date. I'm not going to be involved much in the Carr discussion either way. She didn't work for me, which is funny 'cause she's the same author :p

It might only be a couple of us anyway. I was looking for an African setting for another challenge and Jeanette and I think Hannah decided to join in. Kind of spur of the moment.

Misfit, I created the new folder so you can add the topics or whatever you want to do from there. I also added the book as a Group Read for March 1 just to get it on there and ready for you to go.

Can you please check if you are able to add topics to that folder, as a non-admin?

Sorry, I missed that. Having a debit and credit nightmare at the moment. The way it's set up, I think you'd have to start a folder for this book and then we should be able to start threads under that folder. Can you do that please?

Otherwise I do not know.. but I think you can add whatever topics you want to that particular thread.

Yes.. The discussion will be broken down by Chapters with their own topics in the thread.
March 23 is the date, & if you explore you'll see March 10 we are also doing Holt's Snare of Serpents.

Yes, the first 3 chapters are already posted for whenever someone wants to start reading. It's an informal gathering. ;)

Just a reminder to whoever wants to join along the buddy read/read along/group read/lurk the discussion posts are up, per chapter. I am going to start it this weekend, but not sure if I will read it straight through or cheat on it. We shall see.
