Do you maybe remember if much time is spent in the present, maybe to give us an idea why she went back in time? Or what kind of a person she is today, or what kind of a person she is in the past? Does she marry a peasant, merchant, noble...?
You might also try asking in the Time Travel Group here on Goodreads - they're well-read and kindly people. If you do find out, plz come back here and let us know.

The story is primarily spent in the past. I have this vague sense that she was walking in the country, came across this house, went in. Somewhere in that house, she passes through to the other world. Has adventures, falls in love (can't recall details) and becomes a princess (or queen). She has a child. And just as the "happily ever after" should be, she "slips back" -- doesn't want to go. When she awakes in real time, she has been in a motorcycle accident.
I think part of why I want to find and read further is because it was so sad when she had to go back. I want to know if she ever got a chance to return to the kingdom world, haha.
Ah well. It's quite a long shot I know. I will look for the Time Travel Group, thanks for the tip.

Well there's really no need to delete.
Here's the first book in the trilogy for anyone who wants to read it:
The Broken Citadel
Here's the first book in the trilogy for anyone who wants to read it:
The Broken Citadel
Main character is a modern-times girl who goes into a house, goes through a door or passageway and ends up in medieval times. She lives a life there, even marries and has a child, and then, years later, she suddenly finds herself back in modern times and (in that world) has been in a motorcycle accident.
Sorry, I know it's not much to go on, but I read the first book and loved it, but, for some reason, never got to the others and now I can't remember author or title. I would love to track it down.
If this rings a bell for anyone . . . I would appreciate a response.
Thanks!
