About Fats. There is so much information on the book I'm still trying to figure everything out, just finished reading.

Terri had two children taken away from her, one Girl - which Krystal dreams to meet- and a boy that we don't get further information on. We also know that she was sexually abused by her father.

Tessa tells Fats that his biological mother doesn't want to reveled who the father was, and they suspect of incest. Now they also say the woman was mid-class.

I can't really remember if Terri states that her first two children were from the man she was living with. At this point I don't even remember well if she had a partner at all. It's all kind of scrambled in my head.

So I thought about the possibility of Krystal and Fats being half-brother. If that's not the case why state the deal with incest regarding Fats adoption ?

But then again, I think the ages don't add up, considering this son of Terri's was younger then the girl she had, and that she wasn't living whit her father any more.

I'm really confused right now xD

And what about the young man Krystal remembers seeing dead?

Can someone shed a light for me ?

The incest comment was meant to scare Fats into behaving, since he was treating everyone so poorly. His adoptive mother did it in the sense of 'you want a tough life? This is how tough it was, you're just lucky you weren't born with a deformity'.

And you're right, the ages make this impossible. The son was born before the daughter who was given up, Krystal's fascination with the sister was that they were the closest in age.

The man that Krystal remembers seeing dead could have potentially been her father, but she isn't given any clear answers by her mother.
