CRAZY OVER BOOK SERIES (YEARLY CHALLENGE)
I am terrible at finishing series so I need this;) except I have read all the first books:( just not the sequels.
Same here. :pI have to put on some of the series I've started but haven't gotten past book 1 like Goddess Test and Divergent. :p
Does it count if we have already finished the first book of a three book series?

yeah considering how far into this i am already i am thinking i will probably do more than 5 espeacially as the only reason i haven't read 2 of these yet is that the last book is coming out later this year.
I'm in! I always have trouble reading the whole series. I read the first/second book and then stop. I will see which ones I want to complete.
I'm in for this one - I'm so bad at finishing series - great challenge :-)
Lisa and Lindsey : I guess we all have the same issue. Haha. I have a hard time finishing any series except for the really addicting ones. Haha. I'll have to put my list soon! :)

yeah i have read the first 2 books of infernal devices but not since the last one came out and will be rereading them come march when the final one comes out have only read the first hush hush book but have bough a lovely little box set so that is going to be devoured soon
Haha. Me too. I've only read the first for Hush Hush. I liked the story. I don't remember why I never went past book 1. :p
lol for me it was because they were too popular so i couldn't get them from the library and i had to order a box set online because i am obsesive compulsive about my books matching and all the individual ones in stores had different covers

It looks prettier and more organized if all the books look together so I don't blame you for wanting the box set. :p It's just pretty expensive here so I had to buy them separately when I get the money. :p

Ok. Just to clarify...are these series we need to finish because I see people have listed series they have completed and have all the books crossed out already. I thought it was series we needed to finish, not ones we already finished all of??

I thought it was series we needed to..."Read "Special Rule" under the rules. If you have read a book, you may add it but you have to compensate for it. So if I read Hunger Games already, I add it and strike it out but in another series I'd need an extra book to make up the stricken out one. Make sense?

Thank you! I know some books that I have had for months and simply havnen't read them, or maybe I've read only the fist one. I'm going with those where I can. :o)
I'm agree with Sara, it's confusing. I understand the special rule but when I look Starr lists I don't get it. She even strike This Girl out when it hasn't released yet.

Just a clarification. If you've read the first part or second part of the series, it's fine. Because the point of this challenge is to finish the series that you have started but haven't finished. So if you complete one or two books from the series its fine, just as long as you compensate them for the other series that you have not read yet. :)

I've read a ratio of 6 to 5 books. I know that's breaking the special rule but if I keep adding, they aren't going to be able to balance each other out. There are just so many series I need to finish. I hope that's okay.

Hey everyone! The point is to finish all those series you have been meaning to get to like me. I have about 50 to finish:) we are going to stress out over whether you have or have not actually read them...so Sandee and I say have fun and finally finish all those series you have started:)And I did delete some comments to declutter...most were mine.

Yes, the final book is the best one :) I didn't like the second one much anyway. It seemed like the story was going nowhere.

I know you guys have a thing for series! Who doesn't right? For this challenge you have to complete at least 5 series of your choice.
Example:
SERIES 1: TWILIGHT SERIES
TwilightNew Moon
Eclipse
Breaking Dawn
SERIES 2: IRON FEY SERIES
Iron KingIron Daughter
Iron Queen
Iron Knight
You have to strike it out when you're done. If the series that you want to read is still not yet complete, you can just do the ones that has been released already as long ast the books that have been released are more than 3 books already.
SPECIAL RULE:
If for a certain series you already read some of them before, you can still add them here but make sure to compensate the amount of books that you have read for that series to the amount of books that you have not read in another series. For example, you already read 2 books from the Hunger Games series. You can still include them but make sure the other series that you are going to read will have more books in it like the Vampire Academy series or whichever. :)
