People in low income countries play a game to earn game money, then sell it to richer people to earn money in real life. That's all I remember. Any ideas?

Part of the premise is about a MMORPG which was designed to be golf farmer friendly.

Congrats on finding the book. I've shelved For the Win and moved this down to SOLVED for you Angus--looks like an interesting book (says the gaming addict) think I might have to get myself a copy. :O)
