I just had a story published in the new issue of Innsmouth magazine called "The Atrocity Film". I tried to push the boundaries of cause and effect on this a bit. I am often interested by the "fall of because" but still challenge myself to create a coherent plot that someone would actually want to read.
I recently finished a surreal/existential zombie novel for Samhain in which I try to play with the conventions of the sub-genre, and I just finished a choose-your-own-adventure novel that's a tie-in to the Supernatural TV show.
My husband recently released a new haunted house book on Amazon. Haunted house books are a genre unto themselves and this particular one has a 21st century twist. I hope you will give it a read and let me know what you think. Of course, it is a bit graphic in terms of content and language so no kiddies.
The Harlot GoddessBlack magik. Sex. Violence.
And then, worse: bestiality, incest, schizophrenia, rape, sexual predation, infanticide, fratricide, genocide, necrophilia, succubi, incubi, Lilith.
This is a sexual nightmare in which the serpents and spiders are beloved above you.

"A well-written and expertly arranged novel that belongs up there with any big-name horror book currently shelved in bookstores." — Mr. Pasty, Ain't It Cool News
WHEN HEAVEN AND HELL DON’T EXIST…WHAT DOES? Space Shuttle Conundrum collides with empty atmosphere, passing from known reality into the realm beyond life. At the same time, a dead newborn is resurrected amidst a hospital-wide poltergeist infestation. Because Douglas is the key… the key to the door… the door between what we know and what we fear. And when the key is turned…realities will come crashing together. Step into The Phantom Cabinet…
The Quarantined City is a six-part serial being published every month by Spectral Press. Hopefully not just the way it is being published but the story itself is innovative... it's certainly the most ambitious thing I've written to date.Part One is called 'The Smell Of Paprika'
"The Quarantined City: sealed off from the outside world, with only the sight of the ocean to remind its inhabitants of life beyond. No one knows why the city has been quarantined and conspiracy theories abound.
But for Fellows life continues largely as before. He walks the streets, hunts out rare books; the sun continues to shine and the gulls circle above.
There’s the small matter of the ghost haunting his house, but Fellows doesn’t let himself think of that.
But when he tracks down a story by the reclusive writer known as Boursier, his old certainties fade as he becomes aware that the secrets of the city, the ghostly child, and the quarantine itself, might be more connected than he thinks…"
