Also, for a future blog post wanted to get some feedback from women about their personal relationships with their scales? Do you love it? Hate it? I'm trying to wave goodbye to just a few unwanted pounds (the same ones which are always there!). So, I do try to weigh myself each morning... it serves as a reminder whenever I approach the fridge.I wouldn't say I'm on a diet, but I know if I snack on healthy things rather than junk, I'll get a bit lighter.
And I love to run. I'd much rather exercise and enjoy food than sit around and eat celery :)
I have lost 25 kgs in the past one year - thanks to healthy eating and exercise (mainly brisk walking). I have gotten into this habit of weighing myself atleast once in a couple of days. Am scared that I may resume my junk food eating sedentary way of life otherwise.
