I can't log into my profile!!!!

Right.
When I first came here, I logged on via facebook. Then I crated an account. Simple enough and both seemed to work fine. My authorship is recorded in said account.

Then, due to reasons, I change my facebook email address.
Then the problems start.
I can no longer access my profile. I now have this profile... which means diddly squat as it is only a random thing created by goodreads when I logged in after the email change.

Is there a away to change this epic pigs ear? Without a) changing my email back, b) deleting both and starting again, c) painting my balls purple and singing "I'm Merlin the happy pig"?
