#162 — The link you provided was to a different edition, ISBN 9780002162081. However, that edition was missing its cover as well, so I added it, cropped, from Amazon.
I found the other two missing covers on Amazon and added those as well.

Title needs proper capitalization.
#166 still needs capitalization, and there's a typo in title.
#166/169/170 - Changed "and" to ampersand to match cover, fixed capitalization of "Its," and added format and language from Amazon, and page count and publisher from WorldCat.

I'm not sure what the first source is, so I used the cover from the publisher: http://anichapublishing.vrijeboeken.c...I'm at work, but when I get home I can try to crop and rotate it in photoshop.
As for the second source, what do you mean cocreator? We can use a cover from the author (or co-author), who is it from?
