Can I replace a bad cover?

This specific edition of Baba Jaga je snijela jaje has a slightly incorrect cover image. As you can see, it has big white borders around it. I have found a better scan on the publisher website, but Librarian Manual prohibits image replacement ("Replacing or removing the cover of an existing edition is in violation of Goodreads policy.") Am I allowed to replace it? The current picture isn't exactly "wrong", but it can be improved.

Yes, replacing with a better version is allowed (from an acceptable source of course, which the publisher site is.)
