Commenting so I can follow the discussion.

I have a love-hate relationship with this series. I can not STAND Kylie. I think she is such a whiner that sometimes it's hard for me to get through a book. However, the series has such an interesting premise and I'm so eager to find out all the facts behind what Kylie really is, that I can't stop reading. I just finished this book. I hope that the fifth book wraps up nicely and answers some questions!

I enjoyed this series. I couldn't stand not knowing what Kylie was or how it would end, so I read the fifth book, too.

I like Kylie. She does have moments when I just wanna shake her but she's grown on me. It's Lucas that I can't stand.

(view spoiler)[ I mean, these books just keep getting better and better. The writing is quick paced and addictive. The characters are lovable (except Lucas. God, he's so aggravating!). The endings always leave you wanting more, specially this one. I can't believe Kylie is deciding to leave Shadow Falls. I know she was thinking about it throughout the whole book but Lucas' dumbass pushed her over the edge. I HOPE she decides to give Derek another try because I'm officially over him and his werewolf pack. I hope the new characters Hunter is about to introduce are just as great as the originals. I don't have time to be dealing with boring people when the action is getting good. (hide spoiler)]

I agree. The books are getting better. And Lucas definitely sucks.
