Reminder: Please only list authors in this topic who need to be merged by a GR staff member. That is, when one of the profiles has been claimed by the GR-member author.

Do not list authors for disambiguation, authors who are deceased, or authors needing merging where neither profile has been claimed.

Posts that do not belong in this thread may be deleted.

Also note: Blank profiles (no books, fans, quotes, etc.) will not be merged. They will be left for the cleanup script.

I first reported this at the beginning of June and it was taken care of then, but

joanne harris, whose claimed profile is here: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

has apparently since removed the middle initial from her name, and the other profile (with one book on it) has been re-created here, probably to reflect the fact that the middle initial does appear on some of her covers.

please clean this up.. again.

(Though the claimed profile is for Gerald Rice, the greater majority of the books have Gerald Dean Rice on the cover?)

The name on all his books is Ronald M. James. Had to move several of his books from the single space Ronald M. to just Ronald James. Looks like he should be changed to Ronald M.[3 spaces]James.
