SOLVED. Hero was burned and has a lot of scars heroine is a protester [s]

The hero was part of the mob or something and they burn him, he has scars all over him so he hires protitute. But they gave to be tied down and wear blind folds so that can't see fell his skin. The heroine is a protester and the hero own a big company that is going to cut down tress or a senior center not for sure what they are protesting. The heroine decides to break into the hero house since he want take a meeting with the protesters. That's as far as I got in the book, but I am pretty sure he kepts her and I think it's a dark romance .i read a sample maybe 2 years ago on amazon kindle
