Having trouble becoming a goodreads author

Hi,

I am a recently published author and have manually entered my books to the site with no problem however, I have been waiting for almost a week to be enrolled into the goodreads author program. I've submitted my information at least three different times and still have not heard anything in regard to acceptance. Can someone please tell me how this can be resolved? I would really like to promote my works.
