"What am I going to do?" She whispered
"I don't know Kaya I don't know." He whispered
"I don't want to tell my mom." She said, still not letting him go
He frowned," bu you will have to sometime." He answered still hugging her tightly
She pulled back. "I hate you."
He looked at her," You do not if you did you wouldn't have called me."
She swatted him. "Now you're twisting my actions back at me."
He laughed a little bit and grabbed her hands gently," I'm just staring the facts."
"You know what this means." She bit her lip.
"Pancreas caner has 1% survival rate." She swallowed.
Dustin frowned," Ohhh so you'll be the 1%." He answered
She looked at him. "How are you so sure?"
He looked at her," Because I have to be or I won't be able to look at you.... Without wanting to cry."
"I want to cry." She set her chin on her knuckles.
"Well cry ill stay with you." He answered hugging her again
He hugged her tightly not knowing what else to do to help her
"What happens if I don't make it?"
"Then...... I don't know." He answered softly looking at her
She closed her eyes, hugging him
She sat up. "I'll have to do this alone."
He looked at her," Are you sure?" He asked
She nodded. "Thanks for being here."
He nodded slightly," you're welcome but are you sure you will be alright?"
She pulled away. "I'll call you later."
"Alright I'll be waiting." He said softly
She laid back down on the bed
He kissed her head softly and then left her room
Dustin walked back out to his car and sighed

Kaya parked in the far end of the parking lot, pulling on her jacket as she got out.
Dustin was still looking around when he spotted her car and started her way
