The only scene abou this book that I can remember It's when the heroine is telling her new love interest about how she and her boyfriend where driving on vacation and had a car accident. He died while waiting for the rescue, she was pregnant and lost the unborn baby, spent some time in the hospital. Her ex mother-in-law calls every anniversary to blame her about the death of her son.
It´s not much, but it´s all I can remember. Hope you guys can help me out.

Not exactly the same, but this comes to mind - Delicate Ink by Carrie Ann Ryan - heroine and her boyfriend weren't going on a vacation, just a trip and on a bike - but the boyfriend died after passing truck hit him, both the parents of the dead boyfriend called her and harrassed her (trying to sue her) all the time, notjust anniversary and she was badly burned on her body.

Also it was BDSM :)

Is it This Heart of Mine by Susan Elizabeth Phillips? There's a car accident and a miscarriage, but the mother-in-law part doesn't ring a bell.

Sorry, yes the first book is Crashed in the series. No doubt in my mind that this is the series you are looking for.
