Looking for a book but I cannot remember the title

Please help me remember a historical romance book. Here are some details;
there was a young poor girl who was found in the streets of london by an aged/older man. He took her with him but with an arrangement that she becomes his wife in name only in exchange for good/better life.
after some time, the old man died and his nephew returns to take over/inherit his properties.
the nephew dispises the widow branding her golddigger bet they are very much attracted to eachother.
later the widow had to fend for her self so she opens a dressmaking shop.
the nephew decides to marry a respectable lady in the society and the widow is the one who makes the wedding dress. it hurts her but there's nothing she can do.
i don't remember more details but eventually, she will be the one who marries the nephew.
