Looking for a book

I'm looking for a book I read a few years ago. I don't remember the name, but I do know it had something to do with the Grimm brothers. I will try my best to describe it.

There was a girl named Elizabeth in high school and her teacher recommended a job. He gave her a package and told her she was not to open it, but only to deliver it to a building. (It might have been a museum or a library.)

She delivered it and small dancing dolls came out of the package. She was accepted for the job. I'm not sure what her job was either.

This is a fantasy book where objects from the Grimm stories are real. People can borrow them, if they know the secret code. Also, I know they have to give up something in return. Elizabeth checked out a magic mermaid comb and in return gave up her sense of direction.

Anyone know what the name is??? I know this isn't much to go by, barely anything at all. I hope someone can help me, because this is a really good book.

Is it the Grimm Legacy? I've never read it but I googled YA novels that retell the Grimm Fairy Tales and found it. The synopsis kind of matches your description. The main character Elizabeth gets a job at the library through a teacher recommendation and discovers the reality of the Grimm Fairy Tales.
