Mythology Challenge

[Nina {ᴡᴏʀᴅs ᴀɴᴅ ᴡᴀᴛᴇʀ}]

Mythology. Who doesn't love mythology, the magic and imagination of the myths that once explained the world? For this challenge, inclusive stories are stories about the Greek gods, Norse, etc., and less aimed at fantasy mythology stories. By this I mean, in the Mythology Challenge you'll read books based on existing mythologies, i.e., Percy Jackson., rather than made up mythologies in fantasy worlds.

Level 1: 1-2 books.
Level 2: 3-4 books.
Level 3: 5-10 books.
Level 4: 10-15 books.

Just declare which level you want to pledge to and make sure to update your progress throughout the year. This challenge starts once you declare your level and ends January 1st, 2017. Remember this is a mythology only challenge!

Is this book a book of myths or not? Just want to check before I put it under the myths list and find out it is not a book based on myths. This is the book:

Hmm it looks more like it's orientated towards fantasy rather than mythology though it does look like it's based on myths. It might be one of those books where you have to read it to know if it's really a book based on mythology or a fictional-fantasy mythology (since I mainly wrote up the challenge as myths like the gods etc., however dragons are also mythology too). If it's a book about different dragon myths then feel free to list it, but if it's more a fantasy novel, then maybe not?

Sounds good to me. I will just list it under my A-Z Challenge for now and if it seems to be myths as well I will put it there as well.

i read the whole series twice, first book of series 1 and 2 three times and yet to ifnish series 2
