I want to reread this book but I can't remember its title :'(

In the beginning, the guy and the girl attempted suicide by drowning in the beach. Though I think the guy ended up saving the girl.

The guy is an actor or someone famous and rich. While the girl was fooled by an ex boyfriend.

They stayed at the girl's apartment for days, and the ex even went there.

I can remember they used post its or sticky notes from the story.
