Nick smirked slighrly "Dont worry, she'll get all the love while your away" he smiled. The puppy planted herself on Nick's lap and sat there happily thumping her small fluffy tail.

Dustin laughed a little bit," What and I get nothing?" He asked pretending to be hurt. "That's not fair at all." He commented pulling Nick and Flower against his side
Nick snuggled into his side resting his head against his shoulder. Flower laid down laying her head on Dustin's lap. He didn't know what else to say so he just sat there quietly trying to enjoy it as much as possible.
Dustin leaned his head against Nicks and sighed softly. He kept his arm around him and rested his free hand on Flower's head. He looked down at the puppy and then over at Nick
Almost as if she knew Dustin's gaze was on her she looked up at him and thumped her tail. Nick smiled down at her looking at Dustin "What time should we roll out of here?"
Dustin smiled slightly and scratched her head a little bit," umm I have to be at the airport by 7." He answered looking over at Nick. He sighed softly,"the plane leaves at 9."
Nick nodded a bit glancing at the clock quickly. He couldnt shake the sense of dread that was filling him as the time crept closer. "They cant force you right? If you dont show up because i locked you away they wont get mad im sure"
Dustin looked over at Nick and laughed softly," well no but I don't think it would be very smart for me not to show up I mean unless you could somehow manage to lock me up not that I would fight you on that." He answered looking at the other man
"I wish i could. Once you get back i will so you cant leave again" he smiled catching him looking. "Im glad youll be back for my birthday though! I have an awesome day planned for both of us" he grinned.
He laughed softly," Im not going to leave again... When I get back I'm switching my status." He answered watching as he got excited all over again. "Well then Nicky I can't wait to see what you have planned for when I come home in a few months."
"Damn straight! " he grinned. Thinking of him getting back helped a bit to calm his nerves.
Dustin laughed loudly. "Besides you always throw the best parties." He told Nick. He was glad that he could get him to laugh even though everything was happening
Nick leaned his head against his shoulder "I really hope these next couple months fly by." He said sliding his hands into Dustin's lap.
Dustin sighed softly and nodded grabbing one of Nicks hands," I know me too.. I feel like when I'm out doing things the fine will fly by but at night it will seem like it's taking forever." He said softly
He nodded not excited for the cold long lonely nights ahead. Flower wpuld help tremendously so he was very grateful. " Ill write to you so much you'll be sick of me"
He laughed softly," I could never be sick of you Nick." He answered looking over at him," it will be my turn then to worry about you leaving me."
Nick rolled his eyes "Never going to happen babe. I'm too crazy about you" he said standing up. "Im going to get some ice cream. Want some?"
Dustin smiled," good thing you think that Nicky." He said looking at him and then nodded," heck yes I want some ice cream."
Nick smirked and served both of them a bowl full. He added chocolate syrup and whipped cream and handed one of the bowls and a spoon to him and sat down again.
Dustin got up and took the bowl from him," Yup it's great... You know you know me so well." He told him
"Who doesnt like extras on their ice cream?" He replied taking a bite. He groaned in pleasure at the sweet taste "God im going to get so fat :
Dustin laughed," Sometimes just having plain ice cream is good." He answered eating his. He smiled," Dont worry I will come back and get you back into shape."
