i read this book when i was in sixth grade so like 2010-2011 it was about a girl and her friends that are like graduating from school or something and then they become jobless or something and this book takes place in the future and robots are taking place of humans and thats why there are so many homeless/jobless people because they've been replaced by robots and machines because the robots dont have to be paid and are cheaper maintainence. the girl and her friends are like in this weird town or something and they go this club or bar i cant really remember, and meet this guy (i think his name was charlie) and they find this weird game where there are like wires attached to their head or something and they get sent to this strange planet and then they get stuck there and eventually they find another group of people on this planet and they realize that the people from earth had this whole plan to get rid of jobless humans by sending them to this planet since there were way too many and the population was too crowded.oh and in the end the main character is pregnant and the book ends with the first sentence that the book started with and it was like the main character telling the whole story to her future child or something
