I'm glad you mentioned the search function...now I can go back to focusing on the story then look for my words ;)
nooo it takes all the challenge and fun out of it, kind of like doing a crossword by looking in the back of the book :)... im really just jealous because i didnt think of it

You then need to find the rest of them in other books - maybe another 2 in your next book, none in your third book (either because there are none or you've already found them), three in your fourth book and then one word in your fifth and sixth books. You can only allocate each word once but one book may have up to three words. Hope this makes sense :)
You also don't have to nominate a level - that is entirely up to you.
Maritza, if you look at Crystal's post (here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...), she has found three words in one book and put them in her post.Just keep an eye on the other members' post and it will make sense :)
And I'll make up an example of a finished post so that you can check that out. I'll be using different words though since I'm going to use an old post from another challenge...

It doesn't have to be exactly like the example, but it does need the sentence information for each word :)
You don't need the list at the beginning - that was just the way I tracked my words and how I'd allocate them. There were originally a number of double-ups where I'd found a word in multiple books, but as you can only allocate a word to one book, I removed them from my final post.

I'm technologically illiterate, so that's not a function I can figure out on my Paperwhite. So it's pen and paper or the note taking feature on it.
