I've read the first 5 chapters, and I'm really liking it.

Colton (view spoiler)[It's kind of strange that he has Quinn's boyfriend's, but he seems like such a sweet guy, so I am already rooting for him and Quinn to be together. And he's clearly been through a lot already before he got the heart. (hide spoiler)]

I also think the quotes about heart stuff at the beginnings of the chapters are really cool, especially since I want to be a cardiologist.

Right now, I've only finished my freshmen year of college. I actually entered as a French education major, planning on being a French teacher, but I switched my major to Biochemistry last semester. So my plan now is to get my Bachelor's in Biochemistry, and then go on to med school.

I've read through 15 chapters now. I'm really liking this book.

I've read through chapter 20 now. I'm really liking this, and I want to try to finish it today.

Quinn (view spoiler)[I can feel her struggle with whether or not it's okay to move on, and if that is disrespecting Trent's memory. I'm glad she is starting to be happy again, even if she still has difficult days. (hide spoiler)]

Colton (view spoiler)[I feel bad for him because he kissed Quinn and then she basically shut down after that. Though I am glad she told him that she lost someone he loved, because that showed him that her shutting down wasn't because of Colton. (hide spoiler)]

but I think he knows more than she's giving him credit
I think he might know who she is...and maybe that she's completely torn up from losing the one person who saved his life. he may not know it all - but if she sent him a letter with her name on it...then he knows.... (hide spoiler)]

I loved the "little victories" idea too! adorable!

Quinn(view spoiler)[ i'm really struggling here so I'm just going to let it go and roll with the book. but I think medical privacy is a huge huge thing and she should never have betrayed that trust. there are 100 reasons he might not want to meet her.....

on a total side note. I'm so excited - I plan to take my family Kayaking this next weekend! (there's kayaking in the book lol)
My youngest LOVES it but the rest of us haven't been yet. I'm excited (hopefully the storms will go away so we can go :D)

he's the sweetest and his bound letters and guilt of them not being good enough rings so true it hurts my heart (hide spoiler)]

Quinn(view spoiler)[ it's hard to forgive her. I'm glad this one time it worked out okay - that she won the heart and teh boy that goes along with it. Colton can't really argue that he pursued her - she tried to run away more than once.
