What's yours, Jacque? Trinity?

OOH! Yay! I have been focusing on another book so I haven't got to this one yet. SO excited now!!

What's yours, Jacque? Trinity?"
Oof, only 5 on hold? I wouldn't do good with that library, LOL.
I am not sure our actual limit but I know you can't have more than 30 books out from one single branch. We have 26 branches but I am not sure what the overall limit is.

Trisha, we are going to your bakery today! I hope Kathy is there. I can't wait to meet one of your friends/places frequented. It's the next best thing to meeting you in person. Lol
Btw what town/city in GA do you live?

I love my library! Yesterday, I finished the last book I owned that I hadn't read yet. So, I have no personal owned TBR books! Library, here I come!! LOL

SPOILERS
I like how Amber's POV tells about all the different girls in juvenile hall & their crimes. Some are pretty sick!
I get the feeling that Amber really was innocent, but innocent or not what kind of mother disowns her child at any age, let alone 14!
Violet either feels displaced guilt or somehow she really is guilty for why Amber is locked up. I hope she makes it to Julliard but I have a bad feeling. I wonder why she said a dozen people wanted her to fall during her recital.
Okay...off to visit a bakery, another resort, Schooner Landing, Devils Punch Bowl, and some lighthouses. Not sure if or when I'll be able read more today. I'm driving.

Did you girls get the sense that Ori and Amber are the same person? The three year time frame is right. Just wanted to make sure I was interpreting it correctly.
Now off to explore. Lol

so I'll be starting tomorrow instead of today

And Vicki, as to your spoiler - you caught that before I did!!! But the next few chapters may sway that assumption a little
This book is really

Anyway - my above post and now are spoiler free- but I can't wait until you guys reach my point in the book
Because the story had derailed and I'm not sure what it means.....lol

My library limit is 75
Which I hit today - ugh!! - and they gave me an exception for lol
2 books over currently checked out

Really what? Good? :o)

OOoh! I didn't pick up on that but that could definitely be! It would make sense. I am definitely reading more of this today.

I've never checked out more than 36 LOL. And I thought that was a lot!

Yes, Oregon was 100 physical books, 20 ebooks
it was lovely :) lol I miss it!
mine is partially high because I have both of my kids' books checked out on mine too

She gave blood today (she has done it many times but this is the first time with any sort of issue) and then we went out to eat. We then went to a retail store to look for some clothes and then we went to check out. The ladies in front of us were taking forever and then my mom told me that she was feeling very dizzy and the next thing I knew, she had passed out and was on the floor. I was so scared. I immediately started crying and screaming "Mom!" and people came over to help. They moved her over to another display when she woke up (which they shouldn't have done, but we didn't know any better) and then she passed out again. Some said it may have been a seizure so the cops and an ambulance had to come and take her to the ER. Turns out she is okay (for now). She was just discharged and for right now, we can only hope nothing else will happen.

BUT the doctor did say it was NOT a seizure so that is great news!

The doctor said since she was standing in one spot, not moving around, for such a long time, her blood was not flowing through her body. We went out to eat and we were shopping before she passed out and the entire time we were moving around so he said her muscles were contracting, causing her blood to flow throughout. Since she was standing in one spot, that was not occurring.
She also did have a lower amount of potassium (they weren't too worried about it) but they need her to go to the doctors to make sure there are no issues with her liver or anything.
