Hi everyone! Posting for a friend, someone told him this book is good, he can't remember much more.

- It's probably pretty recently published
- It's probably science-fiction-y
- and there's this virus and if you catch it everyone can read your thoughts, which sounds like a drag.

Lock In by John Scalzi? Not everyone is impacted by disease where they can read or control other's thoughts but some are impacted that way.
