So! I created this because I have this crazy obsession with King Tut. He ruled for ten years and died at nineteen, some historians think he was murdered. He had a lot of health issues since incest was a total thing among Egyptian royalty. I really want Rami Malek to play him-he's attractive as hell and has this adorable innocence I like to picture Tut having

They had multiple "wives" or whatever but I had the idea that around 15/16 he really falls for this Hittite girl who lives in the palace and basically she's his only wife, and he gives her a formal royal name and such, and that eventually angers the other royals enough that his grandfather Ay, who ruled for him when he was too young (he took the throne at 9) has him killed, and sends the woman he loves away.

See I always wanted to believe it was murder. After Tut's death, his wife contacts the Hittite king and asks to marry one of his sons (which was totally not a thing) because she said she was afraid, which seems sorta shady

Saved from being taken into slavery after her parents' death by the palace healer, she learned from an early age to be thankful for what little the gods have given her. She has a gentle, kind spirit, as she has spent her life caring for royalty. It seems she will not be beaten down, as even the death of the pharoh shook the house and they were forced to revert to worship of the god Amun. A life of serving judgmental and easily angered royals has bred a quiet tongue in her, and she only speaks when spoken to, and then only if a response is required. As a child she often suffered beatings from Ay for failing to perform her servant duties well, and thus has many bruises and scars on her back, as well as a deep-seated fear for many of the royals. As she grew older, her hand for healing and medicine was praised, and she became servant solely to the young pharoh Tutankhamen, who was one year her senior. She began to trust and grow more comfortable around him, though her quiet wariness remained, and she was careful to do all her duties properly. As the king grew older, she was often required to keep watch in his chamber during his sleep, as his anemia would strike him with sudden pain, and his epilepsy caused life threatening seizures. Through constant prayer to the god Amen, she was blessed with the gift of foresight, able to see his seizures coming through certain twitches, specifically in his hand. She often aided him in walking, as his skeletal problems made it difficult for him unless he had his staff. As she grew older, she became more and more mindful and fearful of the pharoh's royal wife and half-sister, Ankhesenamun, who knew Tutankhamen did not favor her, and rarely visited his bed chambers. She became increasingly suspicious and jealous, and has caused gentle Raia to fear more, though she only follows her dutes when caring for him.
