I'm looking for a book about a woman in England who does gardening of some sort and she comes across this guy who is in real estate. She sort of hates in at the beginning and then falls for him, just as it appears that he's moving away. But that was just a ploy on his part and he's not actually moving, he just wanted her to think that so she would come talk to him (maybe forgive him of something - I don't remember at this point.)
