Number of books read in a year by location

Is there a way to search for number of books read in a year by location/country? And is it possible to filter by genre, Publisher, etc?

This will be a good feature for data science application and visualization.

Sorry, but there is no way to do this our public API as we've never had a need in any of our client apps for that type of summarization.
