Currently, Cambria spends much of her time with a few financial advisors and experienced gamblers of the Hunger Games to decide what and who to spend her money on in her sponsorship of the Quarter Quell. District 2 seemed like an obvious choice, generally having good tributes. She's a tiny bit rebellious, very stubborn, and extremely pessimistic, but at least Cambria has a heart, unlike the rest of her family.

Personality
Honeyglitter prefers to be called by her full name, and will correct anyone who dares to call her Honey, or Glitter. She has a very short temper, and is actually quite rude. She's picky, and thinks that she deserves only the best. Honeyglitter couldn't care less what happens to her tributes, because she's always too busy arguing with her stylists about what she wants to wear. She wakes up very early in the morning, and then spends 5 hours getting her makeup done and deciding what to wear. Honeyglitter can't stand the sight of a mess, even a small one. She tends to scream when she doesn't get her way, and often threatens to fire people.
History
Honeyglitter grew up in the Capitol as a rich, spoiled only child. Her parents tried to teach her good manners, but she was always very rude anyways. Honeyglitter always wanted to be an escort for District 1, and was very disappointed when she got District 3. After screaming and shouting at her employers for a few hours, they decided that she wasn't even good enough for District 3, and made her the escort for 10. Honeyglitter has never been very nice to the tributes, because whenever she sees them she thinks of how she 'should' be working for District 1.

Although most districts would find her look to be extremely odd, the Capitol citizens love it and admire her style. At a young age, she started styling looks for others, and they loved them (even though they may be extremely weird at times), and they new she was destined to be a stylist. Sapphire got some training in styling, dedicated her life to doing that, and when she was only 20, she learned that a year later she would get to be the stylist for District 2 in the 1st Quarter Quell. She was extremely excited, and started planning the best looks from then on.

Her mother was a famous stylist and her father was an escort for the Hunger Games, and Amber decided that she wanted to be an escort like her dad. When she was 25, they decided to let Amber be an escort, and they assigned her to District Four, which she was quite happy about, because they were one of the stronger districts than won every couple of games. Amber is a pretty optimistic and bright women, though she sees nothing wrong with the games and enjoys watching them every year. She even tours the old arenas, and has visited all 24 of them.

[ ＤＥＳＣＲＩＰＴＩＯＮ ]Astrid was born to win. She was tough, determined, and equipped to be the one victor of the 16th Hunger Games. She entered the games at age 17, not really expecting it, but was still aware of her changes because of the tesserae she got to feed her small family of her mother, father, and herself. She didn't take that much, though she had more in then the average person. Her parents honestly didn't expect Astrid to come out alive, though she proved her outdoor knowledge, good aim, speed, and everything else needed to win the games. She came out shaken, and never was the same after her horrific and extremely near death experience. Nine years later, she still experiences nightmares about her being back in the arena.
When she was 25, she learned that she would have to be a mentor in the Hunger Games, but it wasn't just the Hunger Games - it was the Quarter Quell. Supposedly the only other District 8 Hunger Games winner was getting too old and Astrid was old enough. That terrified her: she didn't want to coach two youthful girls that could of had success in later life and teach them how to live when they would probably die. The Hunger Games was terrible, and the districts didn't deserve this terror even after the Dark Days that her parents sometimes talked about. At least she would get to see the Capitol again, that was a good thing. No, she would do anything not to go back and relive her memories. She had no choice. She was going to relive the terror.

In the second year of the Hunger Games, Sage Walters was chosen. She was 16 years old. Her parents were jewelers and she was their only child. She was terrified out of her mind when her name was called to participate in the second run of the Games. Still, she had no choice but to compete since no one volunteered to take her place. When she arrived at the capitol for training, it was obvious that she did not have many skills. She was very good at being able to create small traps.
During the games, she used these traps to trip her opponents as she lay in wait. She killed several in this manner, including the kill that won her the games. She went home a changed girl, no longer enjoying the frivolous jewelry that her parents made.
Now, at age 40, after having mentored District 1's tributes for 22 years, she must prepare herself for the Quarter Quell.

1.) Ｓｍａｒｔ Sometimes Will can be too smart for his own good. He can read into situations without someone having to tell him anything. He can analyse a situation and quickly find the cleanest and simplest solution.
2.) Ｈａｒｄ Ｗｏｒｋｉｎｇ Will doesn't really give up. He sees a job all the way through, and makes sure it's done. Having unfinished business, really isn't his style. It leaves things unfinished, making the story incomplete.
3.) Ｈｏｎｅｓｔ It's not that Will can't lie. He just doesn't care to try and lie. What's even better, is that Will know's that deep down, no one really want's the truth, they want the big fat lies.
4.) Ｓｅｌｆｉｓｈ Being that Will has no family that cares about him, it's real easy to be selfish. All he has to look out for, is himself. Not by choice though. If he had people who cared about him, he probably wouldn't be as mean.
5.) Ａｒｒｏｇａｎｔ Though Will acts like he's special, and he's one of a kind. He doesn't really believe that. This is probably the one thing he lies about. It's part of his protective armor.
6.) Ｃｒｕｅｌ As Will grew up. Being kind wasn't a thing that was displayed a lot around his home life. He lashes out, in the only way he can. Wouldn't you if your family left you to rot.
Hɪsᴛᴏʀʏ Ever since Will was a little boy, his father hated him. William was born as an only child, do to the fact that his mother died from losing to much blood when she had Will. His father changed after his wife died. He became a drunk, he stopped working, and he even started abusing William. It started when he was seven, a drunken night he came home from work. Someone ratted him out for drinking on the job. His face was bruised, and bloody. He lost his job that night. And Will lost his father. So, when Will was able to survive on his own. He left his house. The only time he ever saw his father again was when his old man was on his death bed. That was Right before the games. Why did he win the games? He really doesn't know the answer himself. All he really can say is that he wasn't supposed to die in the games. Fate decided he wasn't done yet.

Sasha was born and raised in the Capitol. As a small child, she always enjoyed picking out outfits, outfitting her younger siblings, and even sewing simple - but fashionable - dresses. Her style takes eclectic and sets it on fire, adding her own specialties and mixing in a few old elements from before the districts. Her parents began to notice her designing talent. As the youngest in her family with two siblings before her - each of which, according to her parents, were 'utterly useless, having no particular talents - her parents were pleasantly surprised when their youngest child was something special - maybe one day she would be "a star."
Her father, an official at the Capitol, mentioned his daughter's talents, which at the age of sixteen ended her up in training to be a stylist. The man she was apprenticed to and her fell in love and had a passionate romance - one that came to a crashing halt when she found out he was secretly seeing another woman. This caused understandable tension for the final year she trained under his watch. He constantly put her down, causing Sasha to almost quit her dream. However, she held on and after giving several people complete makeovers, she was rich and spoiled by the age of twenty.
When Sasha turned twenty-five, she was asked to style for district eight in the Hunger Games. She was thrilled, and her outfits were a huge success. For the past three years she has styled tributes for the Games, making sure they outshine the other tributes there.
