Sam~~ we cannot see the moon, and yet the waves still rise~~
(new)

But I do want to know what Hazel is thinking. She is telling me about this dude named Addison (poor kid, getting named that…), and had this to say about him: "We discussed last night how we both feel this strong connection between us and it's weird but way cool."
Yeah…uh, I'm noticing a strange pattern. She says this about every guy she crushes on. She's even said it about me, which probably means she's crushed on me before.
Is she trying to make me feel jealous or what?

aww. i mean, it's possible that she really does like him.
why would she try and make you jealous?

One of them is dead, the second French kissed her when she didn't want him to, the third made her life a living hell for three months with his lack of communication, the fourth kissed her and then said he wanted nothing to do with her, the fifth played emotional games with her for a few months, and the sixth was some youth pastor for another church and he was lying to everyone about dating this one girl that he wasn't supposed to.
And then there's me.
I just wish her compliments actually meant something anymore.

well, has she ever really gone for any of those guys? did she have a serious relationship with any of them? did ever talk about them non-stop?

unless she just didn't want to ruin the friendship between you guys.

Or maybe she's not as open and honest as we both say she is and she really just likes to play games.

i doubt it, though. she doesn't sound like the type who would play hard-to-get and stuff like that.

Sorry to disappear -- my Internet shut off for the evening.
What I mean by half-relationship is that they just flirt with each other and she's crazy interested in them…and in the case of most of them, they kiss her. She's kissed four of them so far. *wonders if he wants to be number five*
She totally isn't the type to play hard-to-get. If she wants you, she pretty much lets you know. With me, though…she drops hints all the time. She knows about my insecurities with relationships because of traumatizing things I've seen in the past, and I wonder if she's just waiting for me to make the first move because she doesn't want me to get upset.

Aw Taylor :(
I wish I could help, but I am probably less qualified than anyone on the planet.

I could probably challenge you in that.

Trust me, Sev. A newborn could dish out better relationship advice than me.

Hahaha…I was just reflecting on how my friend Eliza doesn't think Hazel and I will work out…sad thing is, I might be okay with it if we don't…but she's my best shot at this point….

Hahaha I know.

Story about that!
I checked out the first book quite a while ago, but I didn't put it on high priority because I hadn't heard all the hype about it. I ended up having to return it when it was due back at the library.
A few months ago,I discovered all the hype and got angry at myself, then put a hold on this book, and waited and waited for my turn to get it. I AM GETTING IT TOMORROW!!! :D
