Only if you're the bozo who writes the MS Word Grammar program. It consistently blue lines and demands a question mark after any sentence, no matter how it's phrased, if it contains one or more of the 5 Ws. But if you're asking "Does putting a question mark at the end of a sentence mean you have to add an attribution tag like 'she asked,' then no. You can come at this from a number of ways, an action being one. For instance: Gloria raised her eyebrows. "My mother was a hooker?"

It's an excuse! I've read 606 books since January, well I believe so, goodreads tells me, it must be right, right?
