start to finish. long ponderous confusing. people need to read the cliffs notes version first.

so question: what would you prefer to read if not the most important truth there is?

message 5472: by Gail (new)

Gail Meath (goodreadscomgail_meath) Perhaps, there is another truth? I'm not an atheist but as a writer I wonder, what is the truth?

message 5473: by Blaine (new)

Blaine Wright | 12 comments I have come to believe that their are great mysteries in this world. I gained a strong spiritualism while writing my first novel. I have embraced the fact that I am guarded by a spirit. My advice is simple. Find something good to believe in. Believe in it with all you have. It will become reality.

Maybe.
I am a logical thinker.
Some things are provably true. Some provably false.

Godels theorem says there are things that cannot be proven either way .

Papaphilly Are you kidding me?

message 5480: by Gail (new)

message 5482: by Catalina (new)

Catalina | 19 comments If there is more than one Truth, if there are as many Truths as there are people, the Truths will be contradictory or else they will be incomplete. So how can there be many Truths?

message 5483: by Gail (new)

Gail Meath (goodreadscomgail_meath) Is it because there are so many people with different truths?

message 5484: by Jim (new)

Jim Hamilton | 207 comments Is it possible that the word "truth" means something besides what you appear to think that it means?

If a question is asked and no one answers, did the question actually get asked?

message 5493: by Justin (new)

Justin (justinbienvenue) | 2274 comments Is that question like how much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

message 5494: by Gail (new)

Catalina | 19 comments Justin wrote: "Is that question like how much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?"

He would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck would chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood.

But where is the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?

Has anyone ever actually eaten pickled peppers?

message 5496: by Mark (new)
