What books, if any, are you a little ashamed of loving?

When I was in college, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance was my favorite book. When one of my literature professors asked us to go around and say a little about our favorite books, his faced turned to benevolent condescension when my turn came. The girl sitting next to me was a gorgeous blond who had an answer he approved of--The Plague, by Camus. Jerk.

I love the Simon Greene Nightside series. It's brain candy but I love it.
