I'm in. Haven't been active in this group for a while, but this is a good place to jump back in--a group read of The Border. I'll get my copy at the local Barnes & Noble this Friday and start it sometime within the next week. So looking forward to reading and discussing this book!
B&N annoyingly doesn't normally stock Subterranean Press books, so you might want to check first and/or have them order one for you....

About half way done and having tons of fun!! Total Swan Song feel. I'm going to be sad when it's all over.
I'm on chapter 32 and the pacing doesn't lag.Totally agree. Similar feel to "Swan Song" with some "Stinger" as well.
No lag at all. I read a review that said there was too much dialog. Totally untrue. This is quickly becoming on if my favorites.
Finished and that was a really exciting ride all the way through. I hope once everyone else gets to it they have as much fun as I did. Enjoy!!

Loved Kevin Austin. Particularly his strange notion about where to go on some weekend in the future...
27% and I'm loving it so far. It does remind me a little bit of Swan Song, but not enough to bother me. At least, not yet.
This is the first McCammon my husband was willing to read and he is loving it so far. I think I can get him to read Boy's Life next
My wife introduced me via "Gone South." She got it because she loves South Louisiana and told me she knew I'd LOVE it. Devoured it and read everything he ever wrote in a white heat.
