Katey Bassett (kateynovember) | 4 comments As I am reading a book if I want to share my process on goodreads, I click share and it gets an error message. When I tap and hold a book the menu will pop-up and ask me if I want to search the book, view bookmarks, add to goodreads shelf, etc - When I click add to goodreads shelf I get a "Request Failed" message. What can I do to fix this?

Katey Bassett (kateynovember) | 4 comments I did contact Amazon/Kindle initially and they told me to contact Goodreads. :(

LocalPeanut | 16 comments I had a problem similar to that. I was getting the message on my Windows machine but when I went to my Mac, it worked. It might be the Goodreads app on your Kindle thats wonky. Have you tried deleting and then reinstalling Goodreads?

Katey Bassett (kateynovember) | 4 comments It comes automatically installed on the paperwhite, it's a feature not an app anymore.

LocalPeanut | 16 comments Then this is an Amazon issue; I thought you were using the app on another platform like an Android or Apple device (other than Kindle.) Their servers could be acting up.

Katey Bassett (kateynovember) | 4 comments I contacted Amazon, who told me to contact Goodreads who said there wasn't an issue. Yuck.
