Henry is okay as Jack but I don't see Charlize as Elena... hmmm
i could see Charlize as Elena, although i don't know that she's femme fatale enough for this type of role. She's done it before, but i feel like she's not cynical enough.As for Henry - i'll take any chance that i can get to see him in something, so i'd be ok with that. He could have the scope of ability to pull it off.
Charlize Theron I could see as Elena, Henry Cavill I am not sure about as Jack, as I don't think I have seen him in anything before, so we will have to wait and see what happens.
i thik they should put someone with a perv face for jack hyde..and for Elena.not someone so damn hot like charlize...poor Ana. i feel bad for her already

I also read that Kim Cattrell dissed Jamie Dornan being cast as CG in the movie...said he looked like a boy not a man, or something like that. Might be a little awkward to cast her a Mrs R after that...
I just wish it wasn't going to take so long for the second movie to come out!!
no matter how much the movie was great ! the book was SO much better

I enjoyed the first movie, but rumor is that EL James and the director didn't see eye to eye and butted heads to the point where the director is not returning. Personally, I think the director was right about some of the changes to the story that were made. Graphic sex and an NC-17 rating would have killed the movie.
