Alright, so this book starts out with a young girl. She lives in some kind of magic group of people in a mountain, I think, and everyone around her has silvery blonde hair... She is a brunette. At a certain age everyone gets to graduate and discover their powers but she didn't. I know she works in a library and discovers there are many secret rooms and can weave spells that make skins of animals she can fit herself in so she can run around and discover new things. She has a magical flute of sorts.... There is a giant dining hall where travelers stop and eat and she meets someone there that helps convince her to leave. I cannot for the life of me remember this book!!! I read it when I was younger and would really love to relive this book! Please help!
